SEEKING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO THE DIRECTOR OF GLOBAL RCBI

GLOBAL RCBI is a very professional and international full-service conference management firm. We adhere to the highest standards, provide the top quality service and specialize in site/hotel search around the globe and contract negotiations for groups, as well as full service conference management
(meet & greet, ground transportation, staffing, logistics, food & beverage budgeting and coordination, golf tournament planning, etc)

Job Duties:
Coordinate all aspects of the logistics and operations of the Company’s client’s meetings, conferences and incentive trips, including:

o Hotel guest rooming lists
o Budgeting
o Speaker coordination
o Conference registration
o Housing & reservations
o Audio visual
o Transportation
o Support on-site conference registration staff
o Maintain the integrity of client’s food & beverage budget
o Review event bills for accuracy
o Maintain records of event aspects
o Assist in the planning, coordination, development and implementation of long-range goals and objectives

Requirements:
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
Knowledge of PowerPoint, Access and QuickBooks a plus
Multi-tasker
Team player
Able to work in a non-structured environment
Knowledge of the meeting and event industry
One to two years in the hospitality field is a plus
